My partner and I went to a massage spot, and nearby we found this restaurant, so we decided to pop in. It was a good surprise. The food was handmade and properly cooked with love. It tasted so delicious. We had jollof rice and jerk chicken; the sauce was delicious and creamy. The plantains were well-fried and not greasy. The chef was attentive to us. . . . The place could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness in the public areas.

Was here with my partner today and it was really good! We had the jerk chicken with jollof rice and plantains and the Ethiopian veg mix, both 10/10. Would definitely come here again!

Amazing Ethiopian food! Very good and friendly service. Food came out quickly even if we came mid afternoon. We got the meat and veg mix with injera for 2 people that had very generous portions! Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing place. We ordered the meat and veg mix and completely devoured it. My fiance is gluten free and the anjira is perfect for her. Happy to know this restaurant is in the neighborhood.

Happy I tried this place out, the food was amazing. They got my order wrong as I wanted lamb curry and got jerk chicken, but the owner then got me an extra plate of the lamb and was happy I got to try both dishes, because I loved it all. Very flavoursome with the spices and a good heat from the chilli. Mac and cheese and sweet fires were delicious combo to go with the jerk chicken. Had a beer not heard before and it Went well with the meal. definitely going again! Owner is friendly and I would recommend this place for a good hearty meal at a good price

I’ve tried Ethiopian food today for the first time. The place was good to eat in and very clean. The lamb and rice dish was really delicious. I’ll go again for sure to try different tastes, too.

I went to Awaze Ethiopian Cuisine with my friend for a quick catch-up meal and opted for the bottomless brunch menu. The customer service was very good, as we were seated promptly and our orders were taken quickly. The food was flavorful, and the Ethiopian honey wine was on point! The manager is a great asset to the restaurant, and the ambience is nice, too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic food, at reasonable prices. The Ethiopian food is amazing and the injera is not too thick. I had the vegan selection of dishes served in Injera bread. It was soooooooooo good. Also they make fresh homemade spiced tea which is the perfect accompaniment. Great decor and lovely find.
